Book Feature: WOMEN IN SCIENCE Who Changed the World by Heidi Poelman

While cleaning out emails that missed my notice during the busy days of late winter and early spring, I came across this request to feature a new children's book. The publisher claimed the author thought my blog would be a good match. I am familiar with Heidi Poelman by name. However, to say her children's books are anywhere near the same genre for which I write under my pen name -- American historical sweet romance -- is a stretch.

I did look at the author's website and was intrigued by her books. They are offered in board book (print) format as well as in ebook. Although geared for the youngest of the young reading or listening audience, they appear to cover topics of worth to people of all ages. For those of us with children, grandchildren, or nieces and nephews, they are definitely worth considering as additions to a child's library.

Perhaps I should research some of these great people featured in Ms. Poelman's books and consider working them into some of my adult historical romance fiction.

Although I was asked to feature Women in Science Who Changed the World, I felt impressed to provide the links to a few more of her books:
